They are a technical term for nothing other than chemicals added to foods to make them tastier.

Stop eating packaged foods which almost always contain some form of MSG and other toxic substances as as aspartame. Do you enjoy drinking sodas? I do. But they almost always contain aspartame or other toxins that destroy your neural pathways

For the brain health of your family, avoid processed foods that contain these additives:

  1. aspartame.
  2. MSG.
  3. hydrolyzed vegetable protein.
  4. BHT and other preservatives.
  5. red #40.
  6. blue #1.
  7. yellow #6.
  8. any other color-number combo.

Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) stands at the top of the list when it comes to an excito-toxin that damages neurons. You may well always look at the ingredients of packaged food to ascertain if it contains MSG. Great. The real problem is that most packaged foods contain a form of MSG with a listing of ingredients that disguise the fact it actually is a listing for a form of MSG.

Be overwhelmed by the descriptors of ingredients that are actually disguises for MSG or some form of MSG:

  • Glutamic Acid
  • Glutamate
  • Monopotassium Glutamate
  • Calcium Glutamate
  • Monoammonium Glutamate
  • Magnesium Glutamate
  • Natrium Glutamate
  • Yeast Extract
  • Anything hydrolyzed
  • Any hydrolyzed protein
  • Calcium Caseinate
  • Sodium Caseinate
  • Yeast Food
  • Yeast Nutrient
  • Autolyzed Yeast
  • Gelatin
  • Textured Protein
  • Soy Protein Isolate
  • Whey Protein Isolate
  • Anything :protein
  • Vetsin
  • Ajinomoto

Does this overwhelm you? It does me.

MSG is a dangerous additive. Its prevalence will shock you! MSG is responsible for destroying your neurological system, but also has a frightening number of other effects including fibromyalgia, obesity, fatty liver, high insulin and blood sugar, high cholesterol, liver toxicity, metabolic syndrome, high blood pressure and disturbance to the gut-brain connection.

Since you are serious about your recovery, stop eating most packaged foods. Your body will thank you. It is not a step that “may” help. It Will Help!
