Summary of What was Happening at Parkinsons Recovery During February
X-Plus Light Therapy
Vielight (the company that invents photobiomodulation devices) released last week a new light therapy device called the X-Plus. It can be used in combination with the Vielight Neuro Gama device
that I know many of you are using. It can also be used as a stand alone, independent light therapy. Good news is that the cost is half of what the Neuro Gamma cost ($749). Vielight continues to offer a 10% discount (coupon code is “healing4me“) and the opportunity to return any used unit within 6 months for an 80% refund. Information I have at hand suggests that this device may be particularly helpful to my audience. We obviously do not know if the new device will offer relief from your symptoms but the risk of finding out is small.
10X Pure Spectrum CBD Oil
A new CBD oil has been invented called 10X pure spectrum CBD oil. It has 10 times the penetration as other oils. I have my fingers crossed that if you now benefit from taking CBD oil, the new 10X pure spectrum may make if possible to take fewer drops for the same (or even better) outcome. Significant cost savings may accrue. There is no risk to finding out since CTFO offers a full, 100% refund if the used bottle is returning within 60 days after purchase.

In responding to a question from a member, there was a reference to a light therapy “bucket”. I was not clear what that entailed exactly. Here is the follow-up clarification about this “bucket” device:
Just want to clarify the light bucket I am using. It is a home made device inspired by research be Professor John Mitrofanis from the University of Sydney Australia. He asked a number people who had neurological symptoms to use the hat and report there progress including videos of themselves walking, recording of their voice and sample of handwriting. A retired politician in Tasmania who has Parkinsons symptoms took the idea up and has been using it for about 3 yrs. See https://redlightsonthebrain.blog/about/

One community group in Tasmania has taken up the task fo of making them. https://www.abc.net.au/news/2019-02-24/light-buckets-being-made-at-the-dorset-community-shed-1/10836960
