Why not help yourself feel better the fun way?

Some people tell me nothing seems to strike them as funny. Not even the great jokes here!

Guess what. It doesn’t even matter whether you think the joke is funny. If you make yourself laugh from your belly-call it fake laughing or phony laughing you will manufacture hormones your body needs in the moment.

Different jokes appeal to different people and to different sexes. You are probably not going to find every joke that is published here to be funny. When you read a totally stupid joke that is not funny to you — perhaps you are offended or puzzled by why I would put up such a terrible joke – why not laugh at the fact I think the joke is funny?

Laugh at me. Laugh at anything. Pretend to laugh. The reason you laugh does not matter. You do not even have to think the joke is funny.

Laugh and you will feel better.
